This team is laced with experience, dedication and commitment to excellence as they effectively oversee an excess of 483,713 square feet of Shopping Center space and 50 acres of land development.
BETTY L. JARAMILLO
Vice President, Property Manager Having been in commercial property management since 1992, Betty Jaramillo has managed and leased office buildings and shopping centers throughout Central and East Texas. Her portfolio includes managing multiple properties totaling more than one million square feet. As Property Manager, she handles detailed functions such as lease administration, posting of rents, processing and approval of vendor invoices, budget administration and expense reconciliation. She coordinates daily maintenance calls and manages tenant finish out construction with contractors. She is responsible for negotiating service contracts for the properties and maintains their insurance certificates. She is currently working to obtain her Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation and is a member of the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
